The list of EPs and LPs here is exhaustive except for some compilation records which feature duplicate tracks from the original ones. The list of CDs and cassettes is not complete as many tracks were released repeatedly under various labels (since the idea is only to include all the released tracks irrespective of the labels, only a few CDs and cassettes are included). The reproduced CDs of OSA are shown here because they include most of the tracks of various cassettes and CDs of different labels, though these OSA CDs were released at a much later period from the original release date. However, there is no discrepancy regarding the vinyls as they were original recordings and exclusive to EMI Pakistan and HMV.
